1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or using our mediation services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Mediation Services

Community Mediation Prescot provides impartial mediation to help parties resolve disputes. Mediation is a voluntary process, and any party—including the mediator—may withdraw at any time.

Our mediators are independent professionals and do not provide legal advice. We recommend that all parties seek independent legal advice where appropriate.

3. Fees and Cancellations

Fees for mediation services will be agreed upon in advance. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

4. Limitation of Liability

Community Mediation Prescot and its mediators shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising out of the mediation process or any outcome reached (or not reached) between the parties.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
